Orlando International Airport: a hugely impressive array of national and international destinations

Orlando International Airport (MCO) is a two-terminal airport with a total of 129 gates. It is also the busiest airport in the state of Florida (and 12th busiest in the USA) by passenger traffic (over 44 million passengers in 2017). Orlando International Airport is reached by car from FL-528 and exit 11 to Jeff Fuqua Blvd. From downtown the trip can take up to 45 minutes. There are three parking garages, two economy lots, valet parking, two cell phone lots and terminal top parking. A shuttle bus operates from the economy lots. The Lynx bus, route 11, combined with the SunRail service, will take you from Orlando Station to the airport with 1 stop (Sand Lake Road SunRail Station) in about 25 to 35 minutes, including a short walk. Lynx numbers 42 and 111 also run from Florida Mall (22 to 30 minutes) and the Lynx 51 operates from Lynx Central Station to the airport, a journey that takes 50 minutes to an hour. Various shuttle vans, taxi firms and TNCs (Uber, Lyft, Wingz) complete the picture.
