Sacramento International Airport: a fast-growing airport in the heart of northern California
Sacramento International Airport (SMF) achieved an impressive 10% increase in passenger departures between the 2016-2017 and 2017-2018 seasons. In total, just under 11 million passengers used SMF in 2017. Flights to 35 destinations are spread across the North American continent and include a route to Vancouver and three Mexican airports. The hourly lot and parking garage are within walking distance of the terminal building.
The 42A and 42B Yolobus goes to the airport via Woodland, Davis, West Sacramento and downtown. There are 17 departures daily on each route at 1-hour intervals. From Capitol Mall at 7th to Terminal B, it takes around 19 minutes. In addition, Lyft, Uber and Wingz are all authorized to operate at SMF.
