A full meal that combines originality and quality.
To start your meal, we offer aperitif biscuits accompanied by a glass of champagne or your drink of choice. After a delicious starter, you can choose between 2 hot dishes crafted by Michelin-starred chef Frédéric Simonin. These dishes are available on flights from Paris, Cayenne, Fort-de-France, Pointe-à-Pitre, and Saint-Denis in Reunion Island. Finish your meal with cheese and a delicious dessert, such as a vanilla chou craquelin or Paris-Brest, before enjoying coffee, tea, or a French digestif. The wines and champagnes served with your meal are selected by Xavier Thuizat, Air France's new Head Sommelier.
Throughout your flight...
Enjoy hot and cold beverages whenever you wish. On longer flights, you will be offered a snack or breakfast before arrival. Additionally, an ice cream bar made by a French artisanal brand will be available on daytime flights departing from Paris.
A gourmet interlude
Treat yourself to a gourmet snack. Depending on your flight time, a box of sweet treats is available for self-service. On our longer flights, you can also enjoy cereal bars and mini-sandwiches.
