Unless you’re a snowbird, Miami residents are likely to find Paris chilly for much of the year, with winter temperatures dipping into the mid-thirties. One major weather bonus is the drier climate. June and September have a nice balance of adequately warm weather and fewer tourists, so represent a good time to visit Paris.

Parc Astérixoffers a genuine French twist to the theme park motif…If you want to find out more about Paris’ pre-Roman and Roman history, as well as the city’s story up to the modern day, be sure to visit the unfairly neglectedMusée Carnavalet. Other smaller museums where you can avoid the crowds include the Musée Rodin, the Musée Marmottan Monet and the Musée de Cluny, famous for its priceless medieval tapestries. If you want to see the world outside of Paris, day-trips to the Château of Vaux-le-Vicomte and the wonderfulgardensof the Domaine de Sceaux and the Parc de la Vallée-aux-loups or even Claude Monet’s house and garden all beckon!
