General Conditions of Sale for the Air France Concierge service

We answer all your questions

You can book your Air France Concierge service from the moment you make your booking until 6 PM, the day before your flight departs from Paris-Charles de Gaulle airport.

After booking the Concierge option :

  1. You will receive a confirmation email as soon as your purchase is finalized
  2. You will receive a reminder email, between 4 and 6 days before your departure, with details for your pick-up
  3. Your concierge will call you from 72 hours before your flight's departure to finalize the details of your personalized accompaniment (determine your pick-up location and time, the number of baggage items to be checked and your specific needs).

To manage and view the details of your Concierge option, go to "My Bookings" on our website or app. You will find all the information related to your trip.

The private transfer offered by Air France Conciergerie is available within a 40-kilometer radius of Paris-Charles de Gaulle airport, as measured using the Mappy mapping tool.
